A Boy's Incredible Journey

Just noticed this on Yahoo's buzz log and thought I would blog a bit about different types of autism, provide an autism behavior checklist, what child autism symptoms are like and offer a guide to parents facing a lifetime of helping their special needs child.

I remember when a friend of mine was experiencing a hard time with her then 2 year old boy. I suggested she make an appointment with "Child Find", an organization that helps focuses on early intervention program for infants and toddlers with disabilities.

Thanks to that early intervention, the family has received knowledge and support to work through autism symptoms.
